Remember
last week when I posted about Dr Seuss' Birthday? That night I made green eggs and ham for dinner and made a Seuss inspired cake.

The eggs are green...I couldn't figure out how to make the ham green so it is just plain ham.

My Seuss cake. It was just as yummy as it looks.

I LOVE IT!!! I think I will steel this idea and begin celebrating this "holiday" every year in the same way. I can't get over how cute this was. You're kids are going to love you to death!
Very cute! I've never tried to do green eggs, I wonder if the kids would still eat them?! :) Fun!
Chels - I put the day into my b-day calendar so I would remember it.
Sheila - not sure if the kids would eat the eggs...it took a little coaxing to get myself to eat them.
