you want validation, huh? Ok, fine (and I want the scrapbook kit)
I can do that!
My favorite post-- is the people of walmart post. Holly, I laughed for HOURS on that site. Words aren't enough to thank you for that!
(I also like some of your most recent Chicago posts, you just seem so happy and hopeful).
Love ya
How did we meet? In super-competitvie marching band, of course. You were a purple hippy, but i loved you anyway.
Haha.... I already follow your adoption group on facebook
Wow, posting this many comments makes me feel like some type of spammer. Like I should be leaving an ad for viagra or something!
I follow your blog as well.
Obviously.
Hey Holly,
I just recently started following your blog and since I have started I really enjoyed your post on Monday April 5th. You are an excellent blogger. I like knowing what's going on with Holly and Nate all the way over in Chicago. You guys are sooooo awesome, and I want everything to work out for the two of you because out of all the people I know, you are some of the most deserving. You are great friends. I know I don't know you guys that well, but I hope that by marrying Tyler I will continue to get to know you guys better. You're funny, sweet, genuine, sincere, everything I could ask for in a friend.
Haha, I remember how we met. I also remember before officially meeting you that I thought you and Nate were super cool because you guys have sooo much confidence. You took a picture of me with my parents at one of the football games my freshman year and then you started talking about cameras with my dad. It was awesome. Ever since then I have adored you and Nate, and Tyler always has good things to say about you.
I also joined your adoption group on facebook awhile ago. I think I'm set.
Lots of Love,
Jessie
P.S. I love that you have cats because I am totally a cat person. I have a girl cat named Princess that looks exactly like Winston.
Oh yeah...the scentsy
I follow you, that's what got me here - so there's one for me.
I want the Scentsy set. (Did I spell that right, I'm still waking up over here...)
We met in Marching Band. BAM - another entry.
Your adoption frustration posts also make me frustrated.
I can't narrow it down to one because I love your 30 Days of Thankfulness posts!
Hmmmm...we met at 10:21 pm Christmas Day in 1980 when Dr. Farr handed you to me - You were my perfectly pink Christmas present!
You know I follow your blogs - I think I almost qualify as a blogstalker :)
I am a follower of your adoption group on Facebook.
Don't count my entries in the give-a-way ... I just wanted the fun of making your blackberry (but isn't it really a pinkberry?)go off.
I think we should be able to tell an embarrassing story about you...I have a few!
I know, the real reason you saved the 500th post for today. It is because you want to be distracted reading posts so you won't get too excited about the weekend...isn't it?
LYT,
Mom
I'm now a proud follower of your blog ;)
Already on your facebook group :)
I want the scentsy bad! Does begging help???
I already follow your blog...openly now, even though I started off as a blog stalker through the elusive mandoris... Can I have an extra entry for that? ;)
From my blackberry to yours...I already follow your facebookness.
My favorite blog post was the one when you called us out on mandoris. I was stunned and then totally laughed. We'd totally been caught. Not as sneaky as we thought eh? Plus it opened the door for us to be friends! That's really the best part.
I feel like I should say that I met you in marching band...but I never was in a marching band. I met you through my friend Lori. After blog stalking you for some time we went out to dinner and chatted for 3 or 4 hours right? Loved it. Love you!
I just started to read your blog today because I seriously didn't know you even had one! If I can find your email, I will send you an invitation to our blog (Scott and I) if you want (it's private).
However, I took your friend's advice and read your funny post about strange Wal-mart people, and I was touched by another post just a few down the page about "another disappointing pregnancy test." That just makes my heart ache! Scott and I tried to adopt too, so I feel your pain. I have taken many disappointing pregnancy tests as well.
I met you in marching band at USU. You were an amazing quad drummer!
Of course, now that I know it exists, I am following your blog.
I am already a part of your adoption group on Facebook. Yippie!
Oh, and if I happen to win, I would love the Scentsy set. I just bought my first warmer yesterday at a party and it should come next week sometime.
I am hear just to help your ego. not to get anything. I love all your posts. I pray for you all the time. I know how it all helps. I know how it is so hard too. I still cry myself to sleep all the time. I wish we lived close so we could get together or something. I do hope that you know I am here to be understanding and to help in anyway I can. I am not so good with facebook, so if you can tell me how to be a member of you adoption thing I sure will. my e-mail is kimberli_jo@yahoo.com. I sure hope that all goes well and that you can be so happy. It is so great that you have such a great husband as well. That sure helps. I pray for you and hope your ego just got bigger!
Holly,
I can't find my favorite post, but it was short and sweet and I giggled because you said you wanted to tickle the up-side-down owl's armpits that you put on your blog header. I'm not sure why it was such a great visual, but I can completely see it. :-) You always make me giggle, whether it's your blogs or your witty/semi-cynical comments you make when we chat. And even though you can't see it, I cry when I talk to you because I wish so much I could make everything work out for you. You've been an incredible strength to me.
oh yeah, and Scrapbook stuff!!! Or your giant bin of fabric remnants - LOL!
I guess we sort of met in Marching Band... or knew of each other. I spent some obscure holiday at your house in Logan and we played rockband once... but I think we only got to KNOW each other recently as we've supported each other through your adoption process and my placement. Who knew we would both be involved in such a wonderful cause? I always did envy you and Nate when you lived in Logan... dang you and your sickeningly cute love!
I'm following your blog.. because you followed mine... oh, and because your owls are cute. Mostly because the owls are cute. LOL!
Also, I started following your adoption group on facebook long before I knew I would ever be involved in adoption. I'm so glad I did, because I found a confidant and incredible friend in you!

Well to be honest (and this may seem a little indulgent, but oh well) My favorite post was on July 19, 2007 when you wished me happy birthday on your blog. I hadn't talked to you in forever and, okay I admit it, was blog stalking you. This took me by complete surprise and really made my day. Thanks for that :)
Also, I really liked your last blog about Nathan being locked out of your apartment and calling for help. That really made me laugh!
Favorite of all blog posts - check
I really like your pictures of Halloween. I know weak favorite but I just got back from holiday and am too tired to really go back and look.
I am a member of your adoption facebook group!
Ok, I don't technically follow the blog (basically because I'm adverse to doing that) but I do check it as soon as you post. Does that count? Your linked to my blog??
We met the summer after 7th grade in band camp. I thought you were the coolest girl ever and I wanted to be your bf. (Funny how a lot of people on here met you through band, and funnier that we promised each other when we were younger that we would NEVER marry band geeks and then we both did, LOL!) So many memories, good times, ups and downs. As I look back, I really think that the movie Beaches sums up our relationship almost perfectly (I just hoping the ending isn't the same...) Thanks for your friendship, it means the world to me. Good luck this weekend - sending prayers your way.
Love ya,
Beck

P.S. I actually don't own any Scentsy (ducking, please don't throw anything at me) So that would be my choice. Plus I have a red wall in my kitchen/living room and my decorations are black and red so this would match perfectly! So if I don't win your giveaway, I may just have to order one from you :)
By the way, I also have your adoption button on my blog, does that count for an extra entry? (I really want that Scentsy lol)
All of your posts about adopting and infertility have made me get a little teary eyed, but I really loved loved LOVED the one about you guys trying to get Chicago plates and licenses. OH MY GOSH!!! What a rat race you have been in but you have never once thought about giving up. I admire your courage, confidence, and determination.
P.S. I would love either one. I already have a lot of Scentsy stuff but can never have too much. I love the scrap book stuff too, but I wonder where I will find the time!
I met you when we both worked at BLACKSTONE!!! Augh! What a job. Remember when we went with Amy to Smithfield to get a purse like hers? I kinda miss all the people from that job, but mostly Marshal! HA HA!! Just kidding!
Following your blog!
I don't have a facebook :( But if I did I would join your adoption group.
